From Star Dust to the planet,
A Rocky Crust formed the Magnetic Field,
Gravity captured Gases turned into Atmosphere,
Splitting Micro Organisms led to the Standing Homo sapiens.
A cosmic fluke with some driving support from infinite energy, contributed for the origin of Mankind on this planet, Remaining is left upon the intelligence of it. Mankind utilized this opportunity to its level best. Every Civilization had led to a Sophisticated Lifestyle, every Monumental Construction represented the phenomenal aspects of Culture and Heritage, Everything that a human mind generates had helped it to progress except the negative thoughts. These self generating negative thoughts can not only decline our happiness but can also shows the adverse effects on the people that we are surrounded to.
At this moment of 2020, the negativity around the world is at its peaks. Surveys says that on an average, Every single day an individual is being subjected to the entire negativity that a person at 25 years back used to experience in his entire lifespan. For an example, grab your television remote and tune into any of the broadcasting news channel that you would like, you can notice the count of lakhs of deaths at that instance due to the pandemic.
If questioned for the brighter side of negativity, the answer is conditionally yes. A sight at the struggles of life had led the Siddhartha follow seclusion and evolve as an enlighten Buddha, but this scenario can’t be compared to today’s amplified range of negativity that we are currently exposed to. This shouldn’t be ignored and need to be focused with a spot light of positivity to maintain a better mental health. Truth and kindness are well known to be the best sources of positivity, we often find it difficult to compromise the truth in any relationship, but it could be difficult to digest the hidden truth that the response of “I am Okay / I am Fine”, is the most common lie that everyone is tend to make. On a single inference note, we as being subjected to negativity are suffering and simultaneously the people who are saying that I am okay can also be suspected for hidden sufferings.
If you agree with me about the above content and find yourself surrounded with the negativity or found the people that you care for are suffering, travel with me through this blog, I had mentioned all my opinions which can help us in dealing and coping up with the circumstances. Please don't skip the description at the end of this blog.
It is quite common for us to look up to the people that we draw the inspiration from, to analyze the way that they deal with if they would face similar situations. This is what even I did when I encountered the above mentioned truths about negativity. The question that I made to myself is that, ”Am I alone facing this?” to my surprise the studies that I did revealed me that, The successful people are the most loneliest, No matter what the social status is, whether the designation might be a CEO, MD or any significant cadre every one suffers the loneliness. Loneliness sometimes is the key to negativity and depression. So the interesting question is how come the loneliest people are leading the world as the Game Changers, and inspiring the millions of people with their charismatic appearance and winning attitude. Do they follow any measures to avoid negativity? No one knows their personal secrets but it is just giving a key hope that no matter how much loneliness we face or how much negativity we would be subjected to, we can overcome them and progress if we concentrate on our mental health.
After years of adaption and several thought experiments, the practices that helped me are mentioned in this blog in two different aspects. How can we take care of our mental health and how can we make others to feel better.

Self Care:
● NEWS: One of the fascinating things about the human mind is that, it can make us to suffer for the happening that occurred several years ago and it can make us also to suffer with the worries about the future which hasn’t yet occurred, but it less intended to excite us in Living at the moment. The subconscious reason for this might be the hidden formula of news, News broadcast about the happening that had already occurred and briefs about the circumstances that may occur in the future. News is the major source of negativity so be selective about it.
● Celebration: Have you ever noticed this, if we fail in any subject at our academics we feel disgust about it till the completion of supplementary exam but if we merit in any of our examinations we just celebrate it for an evening. It is not acceptable to cry for week, months or sometimes suffer for years but to celebrate just for a night. I am not saying to not to suffer for long time but I do suggest you to celebrate for an appreciable amount of time.
● Be Kind to Yourself: “You are ugly, you are worthless, you are a failure, you can never find love” it is very difficult to say something like these sentences to others, but we don’t even take a minute to think before blaming ourselves with such harsh words when the situation turns odd. Our soul cannot understand the difference between positive energy and negative energy it just consume the energy that it is provided with. So it is foremost important for us to be kind with our self.
● Root Cause: We often worries about the problems that we are going through and search for the ways on how to overcome them. We are very good at dealing with situational challenges but less tend to deal with the root cause of the problem.
● Real Happiness: The failure execution of educational administration had made us to believe that happiness is a token of achievement that one can experience after successful completion of Secondary School, Graduation, Securing Job or any such stage of life. It is just a stereotype, Happiness is never an achievement but it is a state of mind instead. As mentioned by Sushanth Singh Rajput in one of his interviews, Happiness is “Now + Excitement”. Happiness do not requires any pre-requisite, it can be generated at any moment if we wish to.
● Un-Amplify the Negativity: If you are any content creator or a service provider it would be quite common for you to experience unpositive comments, rejections and trolls. Human mind tends to consider negative opinions and value them more than the positive feedback. Change that feeling. If you fear for rejection I have a tip for you, Snapchat a popular application provokes to maintain a streak with the friends with daily sharing of captures. In the similar way try to have a streak of rejection. Daily try to have a small rejection in any possible way, it might be a smallest bargain with vendors or a funny conversation which doesn’t hurt others. This daily practice wins you the courage of facing rejections and stand with positivity.
● Prayer: I always have a habit of mentioning key opinions at the end stage of particular aspect, Prayer is one such. Prayer is illumination. It helps us to stand before the infinite source of energy and pay our gratitude. Don’t just demand the infinite source with the wishes. Perhaps divinity is not a genie so praying shouldn’t be wishing. Express your gratitude which imbibes significant amount of positivity.
Social Care:
● If it the occasional day of your loved one, we both knows that they are going to get exposed to a huge affection on that day, but the graph of it will be drastically declining on the immediate next day, There would be high chances of feeling unnoticed or a question of being mattered only on the occasional day would arouse. Accompany them a day before and a day after too. Express their significance in your life on that immediate next day and observe the attachment.
● Unfortunate way of dealing in a relationship is the shower of empathy and compassion are being occurred after the other person gets suffered or the damage has already occurred. Is the availability of victim a pre-requisite for kindness?
● Be open to forgive, I once wrote on my quotes that, Love if paired with forgiveness can avoid hatred. Hatred if paired with forgiveness can generate love.
● Volunteer and serve others.
On a single note analyze your instincts and develop self assisting practices which help you to maintain mental health and take care of your companions, even if they care you in return or not. Don’t stop about caring others if they wont reflect your care and affection in return. You can still stand enlightened. Remember the tree which provides shelter for others, nourishes others can withstand the breezes even if it do not get watered by the people who got benefited from it, as just because the roots of it are deeper. Have your moral roots deeper and fight against loneliness at any instants.
So, the next time when others say that "I Am Okay" look whether they be it. When you say to someone that "I Am Okay", mean it. Find the answer by asking yourself that "I Am Okay, Am I?"
We might not know what others are Going through but we can help them to Grow through from what they are Going through.
