I can't deny the fact that 2019 is packed with suffice surprises and experiences, Everything in Life seemed like a roller coaster after Tony. As 2019 is terminated and 2020 is welcomed, looking back into the previous year's memories is quite common that anyone does. In this process, I intended to be grateful towards the 3 habits which helped me to achieve triumphs.

To have a quick walk into the story!

As life is entering into a responsible age, I started to experience expediting challenges but at every instant, I craved and urged to use my highest potential in whatever the task I took up. As challenges are always associated with desires, One big challenge that I suffered for many days is "Accessing the past". The brain is a record of past, I have been on the same campus, residence from 3 long years, Everyplace in them are coupled with some past memories, This originated a source of distraction at the workplace. To be honest, Accessing past memories through places is similar to recollecting the past memories through the music albums of that time. As challenges are temporary I overcome this through my three buddies they are travelling, food and social service.

As a wandering enthusiast, I prefer to travel alone but when I do so I will get detached with everything that I have on my mind and enjoys the sceneries and will have a quality conversation with my companion travellers.

Food, from a pray to god before consuming it to having a snap of it before eating. Mankind has changed its perceptions on food with time but the very essence of food remains the same which is enjoying the yumminess.

While coming to social service, people have mixed opinions on it. Keeping the cause and intentions aside social service puts a smile on the face and then satisfaction in the heart which makes anyone enjoy that moment of happiness.

All three habits helped me achieve to draw mindfulness into the present and to "live in the moment". Which eventually yielded plenty of positive outcomes to me. Similarly, if you find it difficult to pay attention to any act of your daily life you can try different things like Meditation, Yoga, Ayurvedic diet, Sports, Swimming etc which makes you enjoy and live in the present.
